Kaitlyn {newborn} + The Nance Family

I am not exaggerating when I say I always love photographing this family!  It was a special treat to be asked to come photograph their newest addition, sweet baby Kaityln, and the rest of the family.  I especially loved being able to do something I'd never done before - a (partially) outdoor newborn session.  Kaitlyn was the perfect model, along with proud big sister and brother Abby and Michael.  Hard to believe it had been 5 year since our last session together, but I think we more than made up for lost time.  It is literally impossible for me to pick just a few favorites, because I love them all!  Congrats again Scott and Tricia, and the whole family, on your beautiful new daughter!

Lucca {newborn}

So fun to be able to photograph this little guy, just a couple of week after taking maternity photos of his parents.  Lucca is sweet as can be, and blessed with two doting parents.  He was the perfect little model for his newborn photoshoot.

Edward {newborn}

I've said it before, but it's true so I don't feel bad repeating... one of the highlights of doing what I do is the opportunity it often gives me to reunite and catch up with old friends from college and even high school.  Recently I had the chance to photograph the newborn son of one of my college roommates.  She and her husband welcomed sweet Edward into the world before the holidays, and we photographed him just after the new year.  He's such a sweet little guy, very alert and curious.  Congrats again Howard, Candice, and Blue. 😊

EmmaKate {newborn}

It's been a few years since I've seen this family, but it was just as nice as ever to spend some time with them and meet their newest edition, baby EmmaKate, or "Emmie."  She is a lucky little girl with two doting parents and a very proud big sister, Ella.  I met them when Ella was brand new... her little sister is so different and also so much the same!  Genetics are a funny thing.  Thanks again Miller family, so nice to see you again and congratulations on your beautiful, growing family!
